I was a bit worried the gold clasp might be too heavy for my fine hair, but it holds perfectly without slipping. The 1-inch width is just right for adding a subtle vintage touch to a half-up style.

The vintage butterfly shape is even more delicate in person, and the gold clasp feels sturdy. I only wish it were slightly larger for thicker hair.
